Your First Visit
Once you’ve been checked in, a member of our team will begin the appointment by taking some X-rays and photos of your mouth, and then you’ll have a chance to sit down with your dentist and discuss your short and long-term smile goals. From there, they’ll give you an exam, share their observations with you, and go over some treatment options. After you’ve both agreed on a treatment plan, you’ll be escorted back to the front desk so we can schedule your next appointment.

Now, instead of filling out our forms in our waiting room, you can complete them at home and just bring them to our dental office. Download them below, finish them at your leisure, and don’t forget them on the day of your visit so we can check you in as quickly as possible.
